Hi all, I'm 44 close to 45 year old and starting with training again after loong hiatus of 17 years or so. I had heart surgery 17 years ago and stopped working out and 8 years ago I also got pacemaker. So for last 17 years I was mostly walking and not doing anything else. Got tired of it... no actually more true would be that I got sick of it and 2 weeks ago started exercising again.
Will write lengthier post in over 35 years old forum, and hope that my experience will help out someone who has similar problems to me.
Sounds great! This is a great first step! Now comes another hard phase: keeping the motivation momentum going. Try to keep your goals present and get a routine going.
