    I need help cutting I want a super flat stomach

    I’ve been cutting and getting leaner but I’m at a Plato I have a 4 pack and v lines
    But I still have a small bit of stomach fat

    I’m 6’3 at 250-260 lbs and I normally get 2700-2800 kals with a 3200 day in the week do I need to be patient or do I go harder on the cut

    If you've been stuck for 2+ weeks then drop cals by ~200/day. If its only been a week or less wait a bit and see if your bodies just being stubborn and holding water.
