    Best Supplements for Fat Loss alongside good diet and training.

    What Supplements have people had the best results With when trying to lose fat and build lean muscle.

    I am training 6x a week splits and have a high protein low carb diet consists mainly off eggs, chicken, veg, meat and protein bars as a snack etc.

    I am new to this so any advice would help greatly?

    Caffeine can help suppress appetite especially if paired with ephedrine (google ECA stack and drop the A), other than that most/all fat burning supps are just a money grab and won't do chit.

    I don't know creatine to me is good for weight loss sure its not incredible but I can tell I can get more daily steps in and do cardio longer on it. I never really got much of a strength boost from the stuff as far as maxing goes but it lets me get in more reps and more steps for sure.

    A protein powder that contains a thickener can help with appetite management. Better than water whey that seems to go right through you. That's all I've got though - besides coffee.

    Haha I used the illegal stuff and it didn't do much except ruin sleep patterns and make my heart feel like it was coming out of my chest. The best supp besides coffee is just putting extra effort into your training, diet and calorie tracking and getting enough sleep
