Marginal improvement on my weight this week, weighing in at 115.0kg this morning. Overall wasn't great with keeping to sub-2200 calories every day. Hoping to dip below 114.0kg this week! Going to keep tight and consistent to my calories, I've been pretty good with hitting 200g protein each day, however. Working on volume for weights over the month, and will hopefully move to a 5/3/1 next month.
Back end of last week went really well, most of the dip was there. My gym has a 3D body scanner, which I know isn't the world's most accurate tool for measuring body fat but at least it's something. Continuing the same routine, 6 days weights 4 days cardio 1 day rest, sub 2200 calories, 200gm protein, 30gm fat otherwise IIFMM. Only bad day really was Sunday where I had a bit of a blow out but am reeling that in today.
Forgot to record last week, but still managed to lose a bit of weight over the last two weeks. I haven't used the body scanner for a while, but now that I am no longer 'morbidly obese' it might be interesting to see where my BF% is now.
Haven't been here for a while! Did another scan recently, I'm getting a lot closer to my goal, I'm hoping I can exceed my goal for the year! Before the scan I hadn't had much progress weight-wise over the previous month, so have really focused on lifting my TDEE this week while keeping my intake in-line.
