Thanks man. Had a doc appt last tuesday. All my vitals are good just need to lose more weight so I can get off the meds.
Currently gained about 10 lbs. Haven't been doing my best. Sitting around 249. It's a marathon not a sprint right?
I know what to do but my schedule right now has made it easy to get complacent. Consider me back on the wagon today. Will have an update pic next week.I want to look straight down and see my toes.

I appreciate the support and love as always. I'm indeed back on the wagon. Going to weight myself Friday morning.
Funny enough I'm starting to catch the eye of folks around my area. It's new territory for me, but highly motivating.I want to look straight down and see my toes.

Do you know of anything that likely triggered a lapse? I think you can compromise with something to keep consistent and sane, but IME overindulgence usually crosses over the boundary of what you actually desire fairly quickly, where a consciously allowed measure of indulgence would satisfy.
If it helps at all to mention, I often like a fast food breakfast, with some hash-browns, maybe a side of gravy, a bagel-omelet or burrito, and that ends up being about half the day's calories usually, with the rest being "bodybuilder" food like rice, egg whites, chicken, etc. But after savoring a "fix" for the tasty fast food, the rest of it is pretty easy to adhere to.
Stick with it man and don't give up!Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

Honestly I got busy with work and just stopped planning meals. The good thing is I found a really good crockpot chili recipe(I replace the beef with turkey). I will start lifting again as soon qs coaching is over. I miss the gym.
Here's my progress since we last chatted.I want to look straight down and see my toes.

Saturday check in
This is weird because I know I havent overeaten by 5lbs since last week. I actually did really good avoiding fast food, and only ate over cal yesterday(moms pushing food on me). I've been getting outside with the frisbee 2-3 days a week now. Let's see what happens between now and next Friday.
I'm finally done with coaching so I can get back to working out along with my calorie counting.I want to look straight down and see my toes.

Weight can fluctuate by about 5-7 pounds which has nothing to do with fat. Water weight, inflammation from heavy lifting, food in transit, etc., will all bring up the scale number but go back down just as easily. Keep counting the calories and it will fall in place over time.
Don't let it get you down!Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

A plant-based diet helps you lose weight and keeping it off because plant-based diets are packed with fibres, and fibres will keep you full and help you losing weight without taking extra calories in your diet. Plant-based fibre consists of both soluble and insoluble fibre.
Both fibres help differently, soluble fibre helps in keeping you full as well as help in controlling bad cholesterol along with weight loss. Soluble fibre has also been used in disease like diverticulitis and IBS. Insoluble fibre works differently and helps in creating weight loss with the help of keeping you full, as well as relieves you of the problem of constipation, gas and acidity.

A plant-based diet consists of protein, fibre, vitamins as well which help in further weight loss by increasing satiety and improving muscle mass. With more muscle mass a person burns more calories and increase metabolic rate which further helps in weight loss.
A plant-based diet will keep your body alkaline, which means good PH value of your body. With an alkaline environment body response to weight loss get improved. Taking lemon juice in the morning create an alkaline environment and give belly fat reduction along with weight loss.
Plant-based protein like tofu, Nutella and pulses also keep less load on the kidney because the by-product of these protein sources is less. Green leafy vegetables are high in fibre and also rich in phytonutrients helps in weight loss and fulfil the Vitamin mineral requirements of the body.
Weight loss with a high protein diet is the best way to lose weight. For weight loss, you need to give calorie deflect. And in calorie deflect keep protein high as much as 50 per cent. Aim for 40 gm of fibre a day which is easy to do when you move vegetable, fruits, whole grain, and beans to the centre of your plate. Drink three litter of water per day to overcome high fibre intake which may give bloating effect.

I have to be real with myself. I haven't been doing what I'm supposed to. I got a more accurate scale, and I will check in within a week. Current goal with my doc is to lose 50 lbs by september. Setback but mama aint raise a quitter. Gonna do things right this time and commit to meal prep and bodybuilding.

New weight on Friday. I have a ridiculous amount of energy today. I've been changing my lifestyle over the past month.
I've let some vices go and focused on more self control, I'm sticking to healthy meal preps, and I'm getting plenty of exercise.
Stay tuned.I want to look straight down and see my toes.

Generic weight loss injection to be game changer for weight loss patients
We know that certain people's genetics make it more difficult for them to lose weight and keep it off, but when we told you about a new medication called a "weight loss game changer," not everyone could get it.
Local doctors are now collaborating in expanding its availability.

It's right at one year since you started this post. Good job. I started a post 25 months ago today about this black garbage bag stuck at the top of a tree in my yard. Today it was gone. A squirrel had removed it and was carrying it off.

LMAO wow you are right it has been a year
There's been gains and losses in a year. I should be a lot farther along than I am with my weight.
The silver lining is that I am currently at a much better fitness level than last year. I'm working on running a mile straight currently(can pace up to half a mile before having issues). Should be able to run the full thing by the end of this month.
I have left excuses behind. Either I am doing my best or I'm not. I have too many health issues to screw around.
This week I will begin consistently bodybuilding again, along with my regular cardio. I will update soon. Thanks for all the encouragement guys.I want to look straight down and see my toes.
