i read that this was the safest way, plus an exclusive phone and cold hard wallet.
But it also seems expensive. Then people say you gotta go with something other than hackprone windows, but the cheapest macbook is already $1000.
I feel like to get into crypto, you need to spend like $1100 and then you still have zero cryptos bought.
Can someone explain it to me?

I only use a clean wiped laptop EVERY time I'm doing anything crypto related, I also only connect it to public wifi. I sell my current laptop every year or so and rebuy the same model (it's a cheap but reliable kogan). I lose a bit of money selling it but the safety is necessary for the amount I'm risking in my eyes.

Yes i have a 2nd hand phone and a laptop just for crypto. All factory reset. Samsung phone s8+ costed me $200 and the laptop costed me $220, i just put a ssd hard disk and its fast now.
I have too many cracked engg softwares running on my main laptop and its not worth the risk.
And apple products is for ***gots.

Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.
