Just beat Witcher 3 again for the second time. Played it on PC this time with mods and sht and was the ideal way to replay the game. Can't decide what to play next. RDR seems cool, graphics are amazing but the open world seems kinda dead and empty idk. Cyberpunk also seems cool but I'm not a fan of First person single player games. I only like First person view in multiplayer but I have played the Deus Ex games so I can probably tolerate it.

Is this a joke?
RDR 2 is the best game of all time and in my opinion in with a shout for best media product of all time, Cyberpunk is like a 7/10 nothing special game.
I'll just warn you RDR2 does take a little bit to get in to, but once you are hooked, it'll change the way you judge games, very few will hold up.

Nothing about RDR 2 is "dead" except for typical rockstar mission design. That said, it's an absolute slog to play through, but you might enjoy it ..... Cyberpunk is way more fun and has an amazing world, lot of window dressing to make its world feel alive, but it is an amazing world they created, it's just un-finished in its current state and cdpr are gonna patch it and try to fix all the stuff they didnt add to the final release so you're better off waiting until it's finished.

Exactly.
After playing RDR2 it was almost impossible to play other similar style games since RDR2 does everything better. Jumped into Assassin's Creed Origins and quit within the first 2 hours never to return.
Don't listen to the haters, I had a blast playing RDR2 from start to finish. Most beautiful visuals ever created on my 85" OLED.

I'll put it this way, RDR2 is one of the most celebrated games of the modern era, and I thought it was a very well polished production, but I always got really bored with it after a while. It's a cowboy simulator, and the missions are very linear despite how open everything is in the world.
Cyberpunk on the other hand is one of the most controversial games of the modern era, and I thought it was definitely needing some more polish to say the least when it was released. That said I have always had a lot of fun playing that game, and it's the type of game where the more I got into it the more I could appreciate it. It's just a very open game with an incredible and deep world that is just fun to explore, and you can go about it pretty much however you like. It's a Skyrim sort of experience where after the game opens up you can really just do your own thing.

Wtf really? It's been like half a year since it launched, I thought it would be good to go by now.
Why? I thought playing on PC was optimal for a game with visuals like RDR2? I'd be playing on PC but with a controller.
Anyways thanks for the feedback brahs. Downloading RDR2 now. Would you brahs recommend any mods? I want the optimal experience.Yellow Fever Crew -- https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176364181

I never even got past the tutorial in 2077. I played like 4 20 minute intervals and sold the game.
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

100% this
I opened RDR2 with zero expectations & it ruined virtually every other game in terms of quality standards
I must've spent a solid 20 hours just hunting & trapping animals; the possibilities of things to do in the game is nearly endless
Best AI ever made
Just LOL @ even thinking about cyberbug2077 over RDR2
The one caveat is that it's the hardest game to run graphically, you should have a 1080 or better to run high settings let alone ultra*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*

Yeah I'm running it on ultra on a 34 inch ultrawide and it looks glorious. The only thing is that I can't install the photorealistic reshade mod for whatever reason. When I change my graphics settings to Direct x instead of vulkan it phuks up the game and it says I don't have enough memory or some sht to run it. Not a big deal cuz it already looks amazing but I hope that doesn't screw with me trying out other mods.
Also any tips for a noob? I just started and I'm at the area where you first make camp. Kinda overwhelmed with the open world lol I'm not sure what to do. Should I just do the missions? How do you get some nice gear like outfits and guns and sht?Yellow Fever Crew -- https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176364181

RDR2 is a beautiful and complete experience from beginning to end with a world that feels cohesive and well made and absolute staggering attention to details.
I only played through the 3 intro sequences of cyberpunk and then put it down after seeing the bugs and all the rest of the broken chit. I may return to it next year. I've got a lot of games to play through.Sig line can't be a novel

Cyberpunk is hands down the most beautiful game I've ever played. You would know if you have a high GFX card, it looks fukking unreal. Gameplay is great too. Some aspects are definitely lacking but it's definitely not a bad game. When I was immersed it in I was having a fking blast playing. Really wish the story was longer and there was more to do, that's my only gripe other than the bad AI and cop thing.
Played Rd2 briefly but I heard it's great as well. Prolly some day will play it but both are great in their own regard.

So when I say best AI I don't just mean person-to-person interactions
You're better off watching a youtube video on what to do; the way you interact with the world is by far the most in-depth of any game
It's very complex brah, you can bum rush the story by talking to people in camp but do not recommend*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*
