    I would almost always do pulldowns on military day, but I just had nothing left. That 205x12 took everything I had. I almost didn’t do the incline dumbbells, but my manhood was being questioned by my lifting partner and my son. So I did a couple of sets.

    Cycle 3 Week 3 Bench Press

    Not feeling it today at all. My shoulders just felt so stiff no matter what I did (which was a lot of pull aparts, side raises, dislocates, etc.). I cut it before my top set, which sucks… bad. I was worried I was going to hurt something.
