Not banning them is racist because black people smoke them and smoking kills people, so to not ban them and, therefore, not attempt to save black lives is racist.

I'm in this industry. People have no idea the extent to which cigarettes' are actually taxed.

I don't smoke or use weed, and while I'm not in favor of the degree of criminalization of the latter, I've never heard of someone smoking cigs and turning into a baked layabout for the next few hours.

Good point sugar kills way more people than cigs, probably 1000 fold.

I could certainly seem them try to go after energy drinks, what with absent parents' little dipchits overdosing and then said parents looking around with the stupid surprised face you'd see on an infomercial.

The FDA should be focusing on more important matters that are outside of personal responsibi. Say, certain things that might cause blood clots or anaphylactic shock?

It's frightening how many people are willing to sacrifice freedoms for having big brother tell them what to do, what to say, what to think, what to eat, so on and so forth.
