Best Carb Supplement? - Yes I know food is better

What would be a decent carb supplement to test this? malto and dextrose are almost like plain sugar rite? considering Karbolyn, HBCD etc but it could get expensive at 100g+ carbs... not sure what would be the best route to minimize insulin spike

glycofuse is the most cost efficient non dextrose carb supplement but have you tried dried fruits? it's really easy to eat a lot of them and you still get some nutrients plus cheaper

Fuk the carbs. 10 grams of BCAAs PWO is the answer. Carbs prior to a workout never worked for me, and they always hindered my workouts

haven't used the newest version with that in it, there's also carbion from Allmax but I don't know how different those carb sources are from dextrose

if your primary concern is cost and aren't set on using HBCD then just use dextrose

Another suggestion is rich piana real food. It’s made from sweet potatoes, yams and blueberries. Think they changed the name to carb something now

Why would you take a carb supplement??? Carbs are cheap and easy. Just eat a bowl of oat meal or drink a Gatorade if you want quick acting carb. You would literally be paying for over priced sugar. Why do you feel the need for a carb supplement? To me it sounds like you want to take supplements just for the sake of taking supplements

OP has a history of GI issues which make complex carbs difficult

I think due to price issue you should stick to the veggie diet only, along with that you can take small pack of carbs supplements that can catalyse your process.
