First joined in 03/04, didn't post much, around 07 or 08 I didn't have internet for a couple of years because of my location, in 2010 I wanted to make a purchase from here and rejoined. Still training

Good for y'all.
I'm a relative newbie and not very active most of the time, joined 2014. It's great that BB still does this.
I was a very active member of a Runner's World forum for over 20 years. It was quite important to me. Then they shut all forums down with just a couple days notice in 2017. Can't really get mad at them for ending a free service I was not entitled to, but that sucked.

Good to know man, I tried getting DBX back into it, but he gave up, sad really, but he is happy and in the end that's what counts, just wish he would take better care of himself.

Still training, still coaching, sill triggering the left, and still spreading freedom like a bad case of chlamydia in a frat house.
But this time it's more meaningful. Because I am leaving my legacy with my son.
This above all..
To thine ownself be true..
And it must follow, as the night the day..
Thou can'st not then be false to any man..

Very excited to eventually join ov35. Had a 2011 join date and mod approved new account. I've read a bunch of great advice from alot of the names in here. Y'all kick ass. Aight I'm out back to baby misc

November 2005. Just turned 68. In the Winter I am in the gym 5 days a week. Now that the weather in NJ is getting nicer, I do 3-4 days per week and play some golf on the days I skip my workout. Blessed and thankful that I am still able to hit the weights pretty hard. I try to appreciate every training opportunity

Kept running. Ran three ultras in 2018 including a 50 miler. Did a couple triathlons in 2019. Kinda lost the mojo in the past year. Have some cardiac issues going on and stopped altogether for four months now but will restart in the summer.
Don't know if I've ever lifted that hard. Currently do twice a week, upper only.
Someone mentioned kids. My son was a D1 All-American in the decathlon and was a jacked freak of nature. My daughters are in college now and recently both set program records. They lift more often than I do.
