Hello everybody.
I work out at home with only dumbbells and I'm overweight. I started using creatine and whey protein for some months and, two weeks ago, stopped using creatine and working out because I went through some personal issues. So, like 5 days later, I got on the scale and I was 10 pounds lighter than before, but my clothes fit the same. I asked a guy and he told me it surely was just water weight and glycogen, but is it possible for it to be that fast? Since then Ive maintained my weight tho, only lost the initial 8-10 pounds. I resumed training yesterday and my strength doesn't seem affected. Thanks in advance!
