    Is close grip bench and overhead extensions enough?

    I’m trying to get bigger arms, pretty simple question, if I rotate close grip bench and overhead extensions, is that enough. Thanks.

    For triceps it's not bad. Gotta do a curl and pullup too.

    Of course you will usually rotate exercises to different variants now and again. Nobody really just settles on one or two exercises for life.
