When you could squat 455 for 1RM how many reps could you do at the following weights?

As the title asks when you had a 455 1 rep max on the squat how many reps where you able to do at the following weights?

    405
    315
    225

If you can please make sure the same squat style was used when doing your max and the reps at those weights. I.e. if 455 was a low bar max what was your max low bar for 315 ? Not mixing high and low bar etc...

I am aware this will vary greatly between individuals but the whole purpose of this thread is to get an idea of how big individual variations are...

Heh, yes it varies, and I assume you've looked at some of the 1RM calculators that would give you some idea too....
I haven't tried max reps to failure ... have climbed past the 455 mark (somewhere between 480-500 currently).
SO, rough estimate for me are:
    405: 8ish
315: 15+ (really tough since I've done 12 at the most and it was still only about 6RPE)
    225: no idea really. Lots.
    It's never too late!

    Big.

PhDPepper squatted 315x15+ when he had a 1RM of 455.

The most I ever squatted 315 was 15 reps and my best squat was 560 in a meet.

I don't remember my reps at 455, but I was squatting 550+, I remember 515x2 and 460x5 as some of my better efforts for reps. And I knew people who had a 500-525 squat who could probably come close to my 460x5.
