I could care less if anyone gets the vaccine or not, even Trump. Someone else posting here already had covid and was getting the vaccine, I asked them why and they had a decent reason (they had prolonged cardio weakness after covid, hoped the vaxx would clean that up).

IMO, I don't think it will work for that guy but he might as well try it. I'm not one of these guys like the OP who seem to "KNOW" the vaxx is deadly poison. I just think it's untested and pointless if you've already had covid. I also think most everyone under 65 and almost assuredly under 50 don't really need to be too concerned about Cvoid unless they have some severe immune issues.

I'm under 50. I am not immune-compromised. I might have already had covid. Why do I need the covid vaccine? The rate of death is low, the chance of some kind of permanent lingering lung or heart issue is unknown (and likely minimal). I weigh that against the unknown and known issues with the vaccine and I don't think it makes much sense.

Were I Trump, who already had it and recovered quickly, no reason beyond political grandstanding to get it - and that's probably exactly why he did, so that people would see him get it and think he wasn't anti-vaxx as he wanted more and more people to get it so the economy could open up.

So, were I Trump I'd have gotten it too. I think he'd have lost worse, or needed a lot less rigging, if he'd taken a hard anti-vaccine stance. Whatever types like the OP that would have been enthused, ten to a hundred more would have been turned off.
