Did his actions lead to the death of floyd? Yes. Did floyd's drugs lead to his death? Yes. If he wasn't on the drugs he probably wouldn't have died from the knee, and if he hadn't had his knee on his neck/back for 9 mins he probably wouldn't have died from the drugs.

all i know is after floyd went limp (whether he was dead at that point or passed out) he still kept his knee there for many more minutes on what you would call a lifeless body.. the optics are VERY poor in this situation and thus fuking him over in this case.
