@OP - basically, any over the counter 'test booster' only works if you're deficient in something and it's repairing that deficiency, but it's not going to 'boost' you, it's just gonna take you to your natural level. Zinc is a good example of this, many people see a test boost on zinc not because zinc is a good test booster as such, but simply because they are zinc deficient.

So much bull**** out their, some people say volume, some say intensity. I try to go to failure. A keep a good balance of volume and intensity.

I remember years ago I ordered some carnitine or something from a seller and was sent a bunch of samplers. One was a T booster. I took it before a rugby match and felt a little too good. I'd known that supp companies had shady practices and had no idea what was actually in that sampler. I remember something I've heard on JRE a while back, "if it works, it's illegal" or something to that nature.
