I'm around 5'7 maybe around 23% body fat and I'm trying to calculate how much water I need to drink a day?
Is there a method I can use to calculate as ask the before l methods I've read are targeted for USA (I'm in UK) which is probably targeting hotter areas but others give wild example i.e. 8 glasses but didn't mention how many ml is one glass.

In the UK, use a pint glass. If you're in the US, use a mason jar.
In general, if you're thirsty, drink some water. In you don't get thirsty much, still drink some water. IMO you're unlikely to get unintentionally overhydrated, so err on the side of more rather than calculating out ml or how much you need to replace based on human biology, physical activity and climate.

Drink when you're thirsty, this may shock you but this has worked for humans since the dawn of time. Surprising how your body knows what it needs.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

When I was in the military, I learned from a corpsman to drink half your bodyweight in ounces per day for optimal hydration. Things might've changed since then, but it hasn't failed me yet and it makes it easy so I use it. That's my personal method.
So being in the UK, an ounce per kilogram is pretty close.
