Hey Guys,
My name is Tyson and i've been experimenting with the Keto diet for the past couple months. I've been doing really well on it and have lost 5kg in 2 months.
Just wanted to get some of your thoughts about the Keto diet and maybe some tips/tricks/pros & cons.
I've been following this recipe book which has been extremely helpful. It's free, you should check it out if you have the chance.\
Thanks in advance for your response.

I don't think it's necessary for most people to go full keto. It might suit some to keep carbs low. It might also (speculating here) benefit some to become keto adapted - but that only takes a couple of weeks and the adaptation stays with you semi permanently. It can help with type II diabetes and epilepsy.
The downsides of keto are that it complicates meal planning... for many people it's easier to adhere to a diet if they just remove calories from what they usually eat (usually by removing calorie dense processed foods). Smaller adjustments can be better rather than trying to totally revolutionise what you do. It also encourages people to avoid fruit and vegetables because of the carbs that some of them contain - that's counterproductive IMO.

Glad the KETO is working for you however understand that it isn't necessary for fat loss and when you go back to a carb inclusive diet there is a good chance you'll put the weight back on. The best diet is the one you can adhere to for pretty much life.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
