Day 1 is solid. Days 2 and 3 are foo foo. My dog wouldn't even bother to hike his leg and piss on days 2 and 3. He's up in dog heaven chasing rabbits and retrieving ducks.
Emphasis on chest and biceps. Light on just about everything else. Go for it if that's what you're looking for.
