    every person is different but IF has had the best results and its not a fad diet like keto, multiple friends did keto and I did IF they initially lost a lot of weight and fat faster then me but they got off keto tried doing a normal diet and within 2-3 months ballooned up past me in weight. IF is 100% sustainable for me

    I usually do OMAD with a light snack or meal in the daytime if i feel hungry...sometimes ill have several meals a day but that is rare.

    But i dont due "true" IF since I have coffee and a little bit of sugar free creamer in the morning.
