    Goal to PR 275 on bench this summer my current record is 260. Then new goal is 315. Back issues prevent squat and DL maxes.

    I’m dropping about 15 pounds of weight too. I just want to remain strong and get better at jump rope.

    I basically take the same volume I would be hitting in a week in a PPL or PHAT style program and just distribute it over 5 days of full body workouts. Volume remains the same, frequency just increases. Since you're not murdering a specific muscle group you don't really have problems recovering. At least, I don't.

    PHAT is also a fun program. I have some of Layne's more updated workout templates as well if you or anyone else is interested.

    Not lifting today

    Out on vacation with the brahs, though hit some callisthenics (dips/pullups) on the beach a couple times so far. Cutting, though dunno how hard I'm gonna go. Really want leg to get unbroke so I can run and squat/deadlift but might just say **** it and get into swimming. New gym has a pool. Seems fun so far though idk how tf to breath.

    Tried L-sit dips yesterday and found em pretty interesting. Actually felt em in the triceps really well so may mix them in in the future. My big lifting focus rn is figuring out better mind-muscle connection for my arms because I think that really has been my failing in training them over the years.

    Then did some jump shot drills

    the feel when no home gym and haven't stepped inside the gym for 11/13 months since chit started first closing

    but have been trying to do the best I can with dumbbells and limited room

    no goals atm really, just try to lift more than the last week I guess? I am trying to slowly cut down (I ballooned from 181 lbs to 205 lbs from March 2020 - August 2020) cuz lost motivation. Right now sitting at 195 lbs hoping to get down to 180 once again. Been losing it slowly but will ramp it up once I get access to an actual gym (which might be never lol).

    Also doing small runs 4-5x a week, would rather do an air bike or rowing though, chit's hard on my ankles and more trouble than it's worth as far as cardio goes.

    Took this week off. My motivation and desire to train has been in the chitter for the better part of 6 months. I've lacked focused and a goal really. Pain in my left brachialis and my AC joint on right shoulder + bicep has been very sore making pressing movements very uncomfortable/frustrating. Hoping this week off and reevaluation of my training/nutrition will help me out.

    Training back today. Had a great chest day yesterday. Currently cutting, still a few weeks more to go to reach mindblowing status.

    Neither. Maintaining. Within the past year I’ve dropped from about 214->197. Previous year I was up to 220. Was way stronger but I feel and look much better now.

    Making a push to 250 lbs, 235 atm. Strength is meh right now, got legs today, gonna see where I'm at with squats. Hopefully 4 plates isn't too bad.
