L theanine has been pretty good lately. Ive taken it 3 days so far.. I have a bad habit of waking up at 2am and unable to fall back asleep.
Melatonin is ok.
Benadryl makes me feel groggy next morning.
I'm looking for deeper long sleep.
Cbd pen is ok. Hit or miss I feel.

Topical magnesium oil
It calms the nervous system, the first few days of using it you’ll also notice your sleep quality feels improved but for me after that it didn’t seem to do much, as if it had already peaked.
Don’t eat at least a few hours before bed, you don’t want to be falling asleep feeling full.
Chamomile tea also seems to help.
I’ve noticed nothing from valerian root and melatonin I’m not a fan of.
My best quality sleep is when my hormones are optimized, check out my t booster results thread. It’s the biggest benefit I’ve noticed but the results aren’t immediate they take months.Kid Covid

Whiskey and Vodka do me well, tequila too if I don't mind feeling kind of like ass later.

Magnesium can help a little with sleep quality
Melatonine makes me a little groggy in the morning, so I don't take it anymore
Didn't fell anything from 5-HTP or valerian or other herbal sleeping pills.
Willing to try glycine someday - if someone can review it would be nice
Alcohol puts me to sleep but I wake up a few hours later, with a crazy desire of drinking 2 liters of sparkling cold water
Chamomile tea can help, but I must drink a lot and I wake up in the middle of the night
Sex helps
Best thing for me was not drinking coffee after 1 or 2 pm. Much better than any other supplementI like to learn from the mistakes of the people who take my advice.

The Best Abs Exercises For All Levels Of Gym-Goer
It’s not only six-pack seekers who should be paying their abs plenty of attention when they visit the gym. Strong abs are an integral part of a rock-solid core, which should be one of the goals of any fitness regime.
That’s because a strong core is the foundation upon which so many other things rest – whether that’s good posture that helps to prevent lower back pain developing from sitting at a desk all day, or the mobility and strength required to excel in sports and other activities ranging all the way from athletics to zumba.
