They use violence to shut down free speech, use massive censorship to stop dissenting voices, and shut down actual journalists who expose corruption, and they have the gall to call US fascists...

Reason:
âThe account you referenced (@JamesOKeefeIII) was permanently suspended for violating the Twitter Rules on platform manipulation and spam,â a Twitter spokesperson said in a email to The Hill.
âAs outlined in our policy on platform manipulation and spam, 'You canât mislead others on Twitter by operating fake accounts,' and 'you canât artificially amplify or disrupt conversations through the use of multiple accounts,'â the spokesperson said.MIKE TYSON: "When you see me smash somebody's skull, you'll enjoy it."

Let's see how this one plays out before the usual,
a) "I love CNN and hate O'Keefe... he's in the wrong!" or b) "I love O'Keefe exposing CNN... he's in the right!"
He had to know he was on eggshells, that Twitter isn't going to treat him fairly and would be looking for any excuse. If he actually did violate some rule or have multiple sockpuppet accounts to 'engage' with? Well, it kind of sucks he'd get a permanent ban over that, something anyone non-controversial wouldn't, but like I opened with, that's on him. He should have played perfectly by the rules (if he didn't).
As it stands, I believe he's suing for defamation. So he might be arguing it's not true and maybe it isn't. For once can we all put our partisan BS aside and let it play out rather than just demand whatever person we more closely agree with politically is somehow in the right on this case?
Whether you like or dislike or agree with him, none of that has any impact on whether he actually did do this or not and it should play out in court...All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

It's the usual, progressives working with social media to censor conservatives to silence opposition. Democrats don't believe in free speech. They want to see less speech.
I hope eventually this social media cancel culture issue is put to an end. I enjoyed this article on the topic ~
"Progressive figures work hand-in-hand with social media to silence opponents"
https://nypost.com/2021/04/16/progre...nce-opponents/
excerpt:
Just months after ******** retaliated against the government of Australia by effectively canceling the flow of the countryâs information, the company is at it again â this time, wielding its outsized power to shield progressive political figures from public criticism.
Yesterday, ********âs nearly 3 billion users worldwide discovered they could not share a New York Post story about a Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors, a self-identified Marxist, purchasing several high-end homes. The story was blocked from circulation on all of ********âs social media services: the platform itself, Instagram, as well as ******** messenger.
When pressed for its reasoning, ******** declared that the story violated their community standards by providing âpersonal or confidential informationâ or images âin violation of their privacy rights.â Odd, because, according to the Post, all of the information in its reporting, including the photos, was gathered from public records. No addresses were shared.
By now, the hypocrisy of ******** â and Big Tech, more generally â is well worn territory. These are the same platforms who made up reasons to block circulation of a separate New York Post story about influence peddling in the Biden family weeks before the 2020 election.
Likewise, ******** made no effort to reduce circulation of a stories containing the illegally leaked details of President Trumpâs tax returns, or secretly recorded conversations with Melania Trump.
Information about celebrity home purchases, including sale prices and photos, circulate daily. So, too, do images of revenge pornography, child abuse, and sex trafficking â which ******** claims before Congress and in court it should not be held responsible.
Thatâs because ********âs content policies arenât really concerned with privacy, or with protecting personal information. Theyâre about protecting the politically and culturally powerful by suppressing criticism, punishing dissent, and crushing counter-narratives......

Itâs hilarious. Tech companies stifle free speech at the behest of their leftist government overlords. They get their protection, and their MSNBC-drugged lemmings can repeat the hurr durr Twitter is a private company nonsense. Even though anyone with an above-room temperature IQ can see that these social media companies are nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party.

"I, for one, welcome bit tech oligarchs controlling the flow of information. I love being spoon-fed my talking points. I have no moral conviction; only political allegiance. Comply! It's a private platform! Make your own platform if you don't like it, and when it gets banned we'll gloat even more! Our entire lives revolve around being obnoxious brats hyper-politicized by the propaganda that was just outed; it makes us feel important. This is in no way a cult!"

I don't respect anyone who still uses twitter. It's a circle jerk echo chamber for idiots, narcissists, and marxists.
The single biggest complaint I had about Trump was his addiction to twitter and allowing that ******* Dorsey to routinely censor him without bringing the full fury of the DOJ down on him."Buy a man eat fish, the day, teach man, to lifetime." - Joe Biden
