Hi guys,
I'm getting one of my wisdom teeth removed on Monday, but at the moment the pain is literally getting to the point that I can't eat normal foods such as potatoes, rice or chicken so I'm struggling to get my macros for the gym. Can someone help me with some good smoothie / milkshake recipes??
I'm 6' 0", 79kg and around 13%bf. I don't mind if I add some fat on whilst doing it as long as I can get good base nutrients. I have an unflavoured pea isolate protein powder which has 80g protein per 100g so I can add that into any shakes. I usually flavour it with some vanilla extract that I have. I don't mind if the prices are extravagant because it's only going to be for three days.
I appreciate any tips or help that you all have

Well, if its just one tooth, chew on the other side. When i got all 4 removed, i mainly ate greek yogurt, oats and/or proats, and mashed potatoes. I make mashed potatoes with butter and 1/2&1/2, and put milk and brown sugar in my oats. So between those swallowable foods, you may not even need any smoothies.

yea listen to your dentist. I had 4 impacted removed when I was 16, came out of surgery high as a kite, ate crunchy granola and got 4 dry sockets, face swelled up like a ballon and two black eyes
For food, creamy soups, Greek yogurt, eggs, oats, whey, refried beans, ice cream, pudding mix with whey, cottage cheese, apple sauce, avocados, etc there’s lots of options. You’ll be back to normal in a couple days. Cereal can work too if you let it get squishy/soggy and gram crackers in milk, bananas with peanut butter too
mine had to be broken into tons of tiny pieces. They were growing sideways, and I was not offered to have themLast edited by snailsrus; 04-15-2021 at 10:23 PM.

Hah, actually did pull one with some pliers. 8 shots of vodka and had a friend grab it and hit the pliers hard as he could. Would not recommend that method, hurt like hell and a lot of blood. Healed up well enough but probably not as fast as if it had been done by a dentist, 2 others done by an oral surgeon, and still have one left.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
