Thumbs up How much creatine is safe ?

Recently I bought this creatine loaded with carbohydrates, protein and, calories. It's about 1080 calories, 50 protein, 200 carbs, per serving. The serving is 4 scoops (272 grams). Which is a total of about 16-18 tablespoons. I want to know if it's safe to have 16-18 tablespoons of this creatine a day? The name of it is (Real Mass Advanced Weight Gainer)

How much creatine is in one serving? I expect most of that powder is not creatine - it's carbs and protein and whatnot.

The general answer is that if you take more than you need, you'll just pee it out.

You actually bought a mass gainer that just happens to have creatine in it. My guess is that in that 4-scoop serving, there's about 1 serving (~5g) of creatine.
Creatine itself cannot be loaded with carbs, protein, and calories, because that's simply not what creatine is. I would read up on the supplements you're taking before you actually start taking them.

Why do people buy things when they have absolutely no idea what they are or whats in them. I don't understand it.

In short 4 scoops = 1080 calories, 200 carbs, 50 protein, so 1 scoop is 270 calories, 50 carbs, 12.5 protein. I'm asking if it's safe as the scoops r very large about 4 tablespoons a scoop.

I am actually trying to gain mass yah that's why I got this creatine Its very high in calories, carbs, and creatine it says in the nutrition label. It's about 270 calories, 12.5 protein, 50 carbs, per scoop. The reason I was asking if it's safe is because the scoop is 4 tablespoons. It says 1 serving is 4 scoops. So basically a lot of powder is added to the shake.

It isn't just creatine. It's not even mostly creatine. It's a mass gainer. It's a ton of carbs, some protein, and then they add in a bit of creatine so they can justify charging a crazy amount for it.

How much creatine is in each serving? Look at the nutrition facts, and it should tell you. It'll probably be listed as "creatine monohydrate", and there are probably 5g per serving.

If the serving size is 4 scoops, take 4 scoops. Except that before you take any scoops, I want you to google "creatine for performance" and get a general understanding of what it is you're putting in your body. I promise this'll be worth it in the long run, and it will save you TONS of money

You still seem to have absolutely no idea how much creatine is in a scoop or a serving.

The way to gain weight is to eat more food. Drink more food. Eat more calorie sense foods. Consume more calories. You just aren't eating enough

Real Mass has 5g of creatine for serving, you're fine buddy. 3-5g daily is a good target.

Next time you go shopping only buy stuff you have some sort of knowledge about. You should do your research first.

5g creatine mono daily or 3g of kre-alkalyn daily is a good target.
