    Naa, honestly not worried about the fat/cholesterol, I've had bloodwork done eating over 200 grams a day and had perfect TG, LDL, and HDL

    just a heads up, whenever i eat raw eggs i wash them in the shells before ever cracking them open

    another thing to keep in mind anyone that eats eggs over easy or soft boiled also runs the risk of salmonella....i rarely eat my eggs over hard or hard boiled. iirc it's a 10,000 to one shot of getting it.

    It’s not about total fat, it’s about saturated fat + the cholesterol being in addition to what you’re already eating.

    If you add in that much additional SFA and cholesterol to an existing diet, that will cause a problem especially in a hyper caloric state.

    Not for me, I value low LDL cholesterol. I'm 48 and like to keep my CVD risk to a minimum. I've done several tests, my LDL is higher when I eat eggs.

    My testosterone is naturally at the high end of the natural range, avoiding eggs hasn't made any difference.
