January of 2020 there was a huge maintenance operation with about 3000 people. This crane required about 50 semi's to bring it here and took 30 days to assemble. It's about 1 million dollars a day to operate. The laydown yard was a closed WalMart parking lot. The tracks of the crane are about the size of a school bus. They pulled the shell off the cat unit, it's the brown structure in the middle.

When fully erect, you can see the crane from up to 30 miles away. Deep South Crane is the company that has it, if you want to google for more information.

He thought "They must not be staying with Paul, he was warnings on all his refrigerators to stay away from the pool hall". 5 guys were heading back to their motel, and a 6th guy said he was going to stay there a little longer. The next day the 6th guy didn't show up for work. He wasn't in his motel room, jail or hospital. They found his body under a 4 lane bridge on the highway leaving town. That jives with what I had been observing all day. There was a low flying airplane doing circles all over town, it was a Wildlife and Parks plane looking for a possible body.

The next day his girlfriend in Houston was murdered.

Two recent studies have found that eggs do not raise the risk of heart disease, and in fact may even protect against it.

The first study, published online May 7, 2018, by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, looked at how egg consumption affected 128 people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes; both conditions put people at a higher risk of heart disease and stroke. For three months, half of the participants ate 12 eggs a week, while the other half ate two eggs or fewer per week. Everyone also followed the same weight-loss diet that avoided saturated fats like butter and included healthier monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats like avocado and olive oils.

At the six-month follow-up, both groups saw no significant difference in their cardiovascular risk factors, such as high levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. The average weight loss between the groups was also the same.

In the other study, published online May 21, 2018, by Heart, researchers examined the eating habits of 416,000 people, average age 50, who were free from heart disease and diabetes, and then kept track of their health for nine years. The researchers found that the study subjects who routinely ate eggs had a lower risk of death from stroke and heart disease compared with those who did not eat eggs.

Specifically, those who ate an average of one egg per day had a 28% lower risk of death from stroke and an 18% lower risk of death from heart disease. The researchers suggested that one explanation might be the fact that eggs contain heart-healthy nutrients, such as folate and omega-3 fatty acids.

Please see the former posts by mrpb and myself in this thread for more recent comprehensive studies.

Your first study is a weight loss study... not suitable for analyzing changes in blood lipids like this over a short duration.

Furthermore, we’re talking about 12 eggs blended with half and half... that is not the same thing as 1-2 eggs.

Eggs are not a good source of n3 fatty acids and nowhere near the folate content of green vegetables.

The shake isn’t a permanent staple in diet, it’s called the hormone precursor shake. The cholesterol from the eggs is a building block to help you achieve your goals.

Before knocking it and picking apart studies to make yourself appear smarter on here, maybe give it a shot yourself or leave it for other to figure out on their own.

I can find you a few articles where users independently began adding whole eggs to their diet abs in a few months brought up their testosterone levels. If yours aren’t on the higher side (which based on one of your threads they’re not) you should not be telling people to not do something.

Remember, this is an alternative method to try. There are no etched in stone rules when it comes to nutrition.

If someone has a concern they can easily do before and after labs, I always do.

Bodybuilders don't eat rabbit food. Here's another story. My two cousins are farm boys from Wisconsin, both eat eggs everyday, and both have for years. Both are also in great shape, and both have perfect cholesterol levels

Lipid levels are affected by genetics not by dietary cholesterol

Not according to science, but you’re free to ignore data if you want.

Genetics AND lifestyle both effect it.

Let me guess: you didn’t read any of the studies I shared?

Chicken eggs are an affordable source of protein and other nutrients. They're also naturally high in cholesterol.
But the cholesterol in eggs doesn't seem to raise cholesterol levels the way other cholesterol-containing foods do, such as trans fats and saturated fats.

Did you read the studies I posted? Conflicting information by science. Here's a simple way to find out for yourself, eat eggs daily for two moths and go have your lipids checked

Very true: saturated fats and trans fats are worse.

This does not mean cholesterol has no effect, AND, when you’re blending 12 eggs with 12oz of half and half, do you think THAT isn’t high in saturated fats?

Again, we’re not talking about 1-2 eggs a day, we’re talking about OPs recommendation of blending 12 while eggs with half and half.

Did you somehow miss that part? NEVER has a study been done on that kind of thing, and it’s beyond just a cholesterol issue.

Vince Gironda’s steak and eggs diet for 3 months, carbing up once a week on as much as I could possibly stuff in my face without vomiting.

Total cholesterol went up about 20 points
, hdl went up, triglycerides went down. Crp went down. Testosterone I didn’t have a before but was almost 900 post diet while having lost bodyweight and increasing strength.

People I know that have maintained lower carb high fat for a longer duration have said that after 6 months their total cholesterol actually goes down due to the adaptation.

    Body becomes its function.

    Lovely.

And do you have data from drinking this ‘hormone precursor’ shake having zero ill effects ?

Personal anecdotes aren’t what I’m going to push to use as means for experimentation.

I know someone whose dad smoked 2 packs a day for 40+ years. He’s still alive at 70. Does that mean smoking isn’t harmful?

No ill effects on me, hence me saying to have metabolic flexibility and everyone can see what works for them.

We can start a smokers forum if you’d like but this is a nutrition sub forum.
