12 raw fertile eggs, 1/3 cup of milk-egg protein powder, 12 ounces of half-and-half and a banana (skip banana if on low carb or ketogenic diet, its only for taste).

My test levels are pretty high as is.

But as I said, raw egg is only about 50% bioavailable so this really isn’t a wise protocol if the goal is anabolism.

Furthermore sipping protein etc between meals would be counterproductive to MPS stimulation.

Why take a chance and get sand kicked in your face at the beach, why have people wonder if you lift weights or not. This is a shake that will stimulate growth, the Iron Guru had Arnold drinking this.

I have no what that first sentence means.

However, the concept of “this person did this so it’s a good idea” is not a reliable means to justify doing it.

Anyway, just pointing out the objective issues with the approach.

Outside of this shake even, Vince was a proponent of low-carb, which has been shown to - if anything - reduce testosterone levels compared to moderate or high carb dieting. Whether he or Arnold were big does not seem relevant because, at least in Arnold’s sake, he didn’t need to make his own hormones.

Can you substitute raw UNfertilized eggs in the concoction? There is a dearth of fertilized eggs in my town. Just like there is a dearth of dessicated liver tablets or capsules. I checked Wal Mart and a health food store yesterday, neither one had liver tablets.

How about hard boiled eggs? They don't need a special container and don't need to be refridgerated. It can be called the "Hard Boiled Egg" diet. It's similar to the Dog Food diet, where you carry around dry dog food in your pockets and munch on it all day. I gained about 6 pounds of lean muscle mass on it in about 3 months. Dog food is nutritionally complete. It has the proper mix of protein, fat and carbs. I had to stop the diet after 3 months because I ended up in an I.C.U. I wasn't sick or having any food poisoning from the diet. I got hit by a car while sitting in the street licking my balls.

Gironda died in the previous century. Science has come a long way. We now know that raw eggs are a poor source of protein and that eating 12 eggs a day increases LDL in most people + their risk of salmonella poisoning.
