Overappreciated dish?

Yeah I’m in So Cal
And can drive to vegas in 5 hours. From LA its only a couple hours. But I hear you, i got weirded out getting Sushi in Germany once, just felt wrong

-Pizza(Hate tomatoes/Pizza sauce)
-Burgers/steak (I prefer white meat/fish over red meat, if its even slighly overcooked it taste's like rubber to me)
_Cake (I prefer ice cream and donuts/cinnamon rolls)
-Bacon(I prefer sausage, only enjoy bacon if its crispy,almost burnt)
-watermelon ( I prefer berries, apples, pineapple)
_Chocolate(Prefer vanilla, don't enjoy any food thats bitter)
-Chicken wings(If im having fried chicken its gotta be a breast or leg)

-Im allergic to peanuts but everyone praises reeses, reeses puffs

Lots of pizzerias have varieties without the sauce. Not my thing at all, but sounds like yours.

Actually if you have a Round Table near you(chain but not sure what states), they have a really good garlic sauce you can get instead of red.

But one of the best pizzas i’ve had was at my friends uncle’s Italian restaurant, they had a garlic clam pizza that was super good. The sauce was like a garlic white wine sauce. His uncle was from one of the islands off Italy where I guess clams are more common.

Can’t agree more with the chocolate thing. Even as a kid on Halloween I’d trade my brother all my chocolate for other types of candy

Never been a fan of watermelon, it’s either not ripe or grainy.

Hate Reece’s but I don’t like chocolate

Gonna get a lot of hate on this but: Steak.

Grew up never eating it in our household really and for some reason it just doesn't taste amazing to me? It's nothing special, same goes for bacon.

Recently this ones been getting a lot of hype and I just don't get it:

12 raw fertile eggs, 1/3 cup of milk-egg protein powder, 12 ounces of half-and-half and a banana

There's just so many better ways of getting protein, calories and salmonella
