Do you have any estimates at all? Of course knowing my exact body-fat percentage helps govern my decision. If i'm 14%, then i know i need to bulk, if i'm 22 percent, i need to cut. I'm not good at visually estimating because i'm not a fitness obsessed kind of guy (as you can see judging by my body). So i came to ask some people i might have a better idea.
