Low energy day, been a long week.
Warmed up for a big pull. Felt crappy. Got the planned 545 with more effort than I'd like. Still, it was smooth and better than my last 545 which was a hitched lift that got me reds at my last comp in Feb. I then dropped to attempt paused sumos at 440 and just felt like $hit. Dropped to 405 and did conventional paused lifts. That felt better.
