None of these are particularly convincing.

Like the first one, while technically true is disingenuous because the same can be said about most publicly funded vaccines. We're talking about liability for mRNA, and what mRNA does in the body is very well understood.

Yeah, I'm lucky to not have had COVID so this is what I am trying to avoid. Like im pretty sure side effects from covid itself is 100x worse than side effects from a vaccine. Most people, the worst they have felt is a sore arm from what i heard

This is the reason I chose to get it. I know people first hand that still have side effects from summer/fall 2020. I also know a healthy 37 year old with no known underlying conditions that's been hospitalized on oxygen for 4 days.

I also know unhealthy people that had no side effects other than slight fatigue and minimal smell loss.

I know another older man (literally 500lbs) relegated to a scooter that got it and survived.... he was hospitalized on a ventilator for a couple days.

There's such a broad spectrum of reactions that I opted to get it.


I had J&J. 11 hours after, I got chills for an hour. Chills turned into a 100.4 degree fever that lasted 2 hours. That was the extent of my symptoms. Arm was barely sore.

I work in ICUs and ERs throughout the country, I manage ventilators/life-support and travel to different hospitals across the country. I got the vaccine because literally the only patients I’ve dealt with the past year are Covid admissions who wind up on ventilators.

Every. Single. Person. I know, including myself, got violently ill after the 2nd dose of the Moderna vaccine. No one I know got sick off the Pfizer or the more recent J&J one

And this is coming from someone who made fun of people saying they “got sick off the 2nd dose” and I was calling them pussies. And then I got it and within 12hrs was extremely sick and didn’t feel well until about 3+ days later

And I’m not talking some stupid “sore arm”, *******s that complain about that are *******s. But actually legit extremely sick

Would NOT recommend Moderna

But take my opinion/experience for what it’s worth, just my input

He botched the basics on immunology in an interview several months ago. Something about T-cells, but there's also the mind-blowing issue about a guy with heavy ties to Epstein being touted as an authority and savior.

I mean, it's NOT REALLY surprising why he has that voice and protection, but it's surprising how general public just accepts it.

I'm more worried about incompetence of the people pushing this than the malice. FYI: one of my customer's had the J&J couple weeks back. Brilliant lady, VP at a company. About 55 and slightly overweight, no other health issues.

2nd day she started getting dementia symptoms, forgetting the password to her work computer, small things like that. Confusion and forgetfulness became severe after.

3rd day she lost her vision. Almost completely.

She had intense neurological side effects and the doctor had to put her on steroids and other heavy medication to get her back to normal. Took a week and a half to get vision back and same with memory. Took almost 25 days to fully recover.

On top of that she got all the covid symptoms...cough, fever, etc.

The two people under 25 at my office got really sick on the second dose, puking and sweating, headache etc for 2 days, people in the office around 30 just got sleepy. Everyone I know over 60 had no sides

I never said I’m advocating for it. I got it way back in December as one of the first people and no one had any experiences with getting it from anywhere.

I got it for specific reasons that at the time made sense given my situation and the patient population I was dealing with.

Looking back, I personally would not get it again. But it sounds like the OP is set on getting it, so I’m not here to change his mind entirely, just to not get the Moderna one. He can do whatever he wants with himself, I was just sharing my experience and opinion

Those are all normal nonspecific defenses sans the kidney pain obv. Your body does that when it thinks you are sick. At no point were u ever in any real danger.

um never thought I was in any danger? I wanted the vaccine. I was just stating the symptoms. My kidneys are crappy because of lupus. They always hurt if I even just get a cold idk why, basically when my body is stressed

Will register for vaccine next week, but will probably get AstraZeneca since Moderna and Pfizer are reserved mostly for older folks and there are not enough to vaccinate younger population with them.
