No that's dishonest when they recruited me I was very clear I'm a loose cannon type of cop but honest, I do things my own way, they tried to tell me to do some shady stuff so I kicked them right in the damn nuts, karate chopped the guard, and walked straight out of the room.

Either they recruit you fresh off the college but if you're a grown ass adult already - they usually contact you if you fit one of their 'profile' of ideal candidate, after you committed a crime usually but somehow gotten away with it (but not really). There is no way for CIA to prove you've done it but all evidence points to you. They will make you doubt their intentions..if they are trying to rope you or if you are trusted unconditionally. But when you do accept the job they are always there to remind you that they are watching and that you can't simply fail on assignments. If you fail, you fall from grace pretty fast and they will burn you as an agent before you can disappear anywhere. Don't ask how I know this.

lol this is pretty bullchit. Anyone who has read a book on them knows you either join them as an officer or as a government contractor. Being recruited by a handler as an informant or something definitely is not "joining the cia" as an employee.
