I'm not Republican or Democrat but can like either depending and in this case Biden looks impaired. He was never a bright guy and now he seems less so.

Trump got blasted for not being "Presidential" and I disagreed because "Presidential" means a fake public speaker. Biden does not seem presidential because he is slow and seems confused, so he's not a leader.

If you have to check first about a leader's comments or just would not follow them, there's a problem.

It has nothing to do with party for me, but logic.
