ha ha, liver! you knew my vote would be for that but i like chicken gizzards too.
gizzards can add so much flavor to a recipe (or taste great on their own), keep in mind this a bodybuilding forum and not known for culinary masters. after all, it's not so much about taste as it is for fuel.
although i've only been on here for two months, i've yet to hear anyone mention using neckbones in recipes for flavor or using organ meats. glad we have some awareness going.Kid Covid
