    Time for a change.

Hey guys. I’m a 19 year old college student looking to make a lifestyle change this summer. I live a very sedentary lifestyle and don’t eat the greatest. I’m currently 5’10 and 265lbs. Looking for some advice as to what macronutrients I should focus on when eating as well as maybe what I should focus on exercise wise. I assume I should just be a caloric deficit and probably do more cardio than weightlifting at first. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
