Hello
I’ve been on a cut since November. I’ve been doing just cardio since January and I’ve signed up to go to the gym to start weight training.
I don’t know whether to bulk or cut because I was 101kg in November, I am now 78.6kg and my height is 175cm. I still have fat on my body, or is it because I have very little muscle mass?
