What’s the difference between those 3? Never heard of “Press 2.0” and as far as I’m aware, the “Olympic press” is basically a standing incline bench.

Not a fan of 2.0 either! Just push it or lean back like a pro.
I'll offer a potential little Caveat here for the squat deal. To ponder over.
What 'starting strength people' do who learn by watching videos and reading the book is different to what their certified coaches teach in person one2one.
Sure they exaggerate the ass drive cue in videos, and at seminars.. But seminars are a pita with so many people who can't do **** who are on their toes.
Won't deny I've had to un **** a few self taught

It's a tough choice between strict OHP and the variant choice imo because I dig strict pressing superset with pullups since they compliment each other greatly in that combination, but I also appreciate OHPs done with my football bar from time to time (also a nice superset with pullups) and seated DB shoulder press with palms facing the ears and rotating the wrists pronated hits all the shoulder heads as well as the traps nicely too!

I gather that people don't take to the press 2.0 . I tried it and wasn't able to lift as much as on the strict press. I also don't like the way it feels. I'm not quite sure why it exists.

I'm a firm believer in the standing kettlebell press (either single or double), definitely feels the most natural. That being said, a traditional standing OHP or push press was my go to.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
