Yoooo I visited a CBD place at a mall nearby and I had 1x 50mg Delta 8 THC gummy and I was definitely stoned. Srs. They also sell hemp flower infused with Delta 8 and it tastes/feels like the real thing, except a bit milder. I also got Honey sticks with 20mg per stick, and a vape pen with a Delta 8 vape cartridge. 100% legal boyos.

I just experienced it yesterday. Smoking the hemp flower infused with Delta 8 feels like a mild weed. The 50mg gummy gave a pronounced and definite stoned feeling. I probably should have stuck with 25mg.

It will get you baked if you use a lot of it. The appeal of it, is you can function well with D-8 without coming off as 'stoned'

But if you just tryin to get high after a day of work than D-9 is probably what your looking for

Depends where you live and where you shop. You can get some quality D-8 online for some relatively low prices.

You can get disposables, cartridges, edibles, flowers, etc. I like the disposables.

Story time. Was in seattle once with some buddies. Guy tells my friend to start with 30mg(3 cookies) I thought man that's high but I'm a lightweight. Fast forward a few hours and buddy is tapping me on the shoulder in our hotel to call an ambulance. Says his heart is beating too fast, he's gonna die etc. I explain that he's gonna be okay but he isn't buying it. So finally we walk him downstairs and have the desk guy call 911. They check his vitals, HR is a little high but he's otherwise fine. Funniest part is they deal with this all the time but he still didn't want to tell them what he had. Poor guy stood at the sink of our room all night intermittently vomiting and begging the flying spaghetti monster for forgiveness.

I could be an outlier but I tried the 3chi and a half gummy hit me just as hard as the equivalent amount of d9. I had a whole one before watching football one day and I was knocked out all afternoon but not in a bad way, just tired. Honestly just use it to sleep if I've had too much caffeine and it does the trick.

It's not legal, it's just not illegal yet. The federal government will schedule it unless creepy joe makes regular weed legal.

It could also be bad news for over the counter snake oil, I mean cbd, since it's derived from the same plant.

Don't forget, there was fake weed and bath salts and molly being sold legally in gas stations all over the country just because the DEA hadn't scheduled them... yet
