If you have depression or anxiety, how do you overcome it on a daily basis? What has been affected since? Are your relationships still good?

Just gotta pretend you don't have it and hope it goes away, that or take pills. I personally don't overcome it, suicidal thoughts on the daily, and occasional attempts when I'm drunk. Though I had severe head trauma at 4 that nearly killed me. Those affected by brain injuries and head trauma often develop depression and anxiety, so that's my excuse.
Every aspect of my life is affected by both depression and anxiety, aside from when I'm alone. Relationships are nearly impossible though that's probably got more to do with my ****ed up personality. Thanks for letting me bitch brah
