I've got four fractures in my talus, and two grade 2 tears in the ankle ligaments. I've been warned it's a potential 6-18 month recovery, if it recovers at all (they may need to replace my ankle joint, or fuse it).
I've been moping around for the last 10 months, doing the odd bit in the gym, but not a great deal. I'm now really keen to get back to it, but I am unsure of what to do about a few exercises. What, if any, replacements are there for:
Deadlifts
Squats
Shrugs
Calf raises
