Can I get some quick advice on where to head from here as I am struggling to make a decision.
I have lost 30lbs since summer last year and I'm not sure whether to keep cutting for a bit or bulk at this stage.
I don't have alot of muscle which makes me want to bulk... but I want minimal fat gain. So is a slow af bulk the right decision?
I've been out of the gym since before Christmas due to Covid and they are reopening next week.
