If I do normal barbell rows, then I cant really feel my back as good as in 1 arm row. I also get this weird feeling on my shoulder , and i know that my form is good. Before corona and everything, when gyms werent closed, i could do barbell rows without any problem, but after gyms got closed, i stopped doing barbell rows, idk why cuz , and when i tried doing them again i couldnt feel my back at all and i couldnt do as much weight . I have no idea what happened, maybe from being on computer due to online school a lot, but its really annoying that i cant do them anymore

Yep, do what works with your body.
I'd also recommend adding chinups/pullups to your routine, those do wonders for your back. Especially when you start doing them with extra weight.I pull girls & do street interviews IRL, as seen on YouTube:
