OK; I shamefully got caught in a youtube deep dive aboot this upcoming clownshow "boxing match" between Jake Paul and Ben Asteroid; or something.
First I watched a press conference clownshow clip with the two "combatants", followed by a series of clips aboot the matchup (lol), Dana White betting 200 million with Snoop, and even one clip with a "body language" expert offering analysis and interpretation of each dude's state of mind and who's shook & whatnot. The content was meh but the dude was a character so I hung in with tepid interest. The only clip I couldn't get past 30sec was Chael Sonnen's analysis. What wont that clown stick his nasal beak into? My gawd that guy is a freakin' tool.
Naturally, I'm now seeking some lulz and nods here to help offset the 2-3 hours wasted consuming content aboot this upcoming clownshow.
I will add that I'm gathering every positive ounce of energy into a focused beam that will be fired at Ben Asscream at precisely the right moment, and with the power to help knock that Disney Channel dip$hit TFO. Preferably in the 1st round.
So, any thoughts?

The only fight I know about right now is me breaking 2x BW on my deads. See, back when I was a lighter lifter at 180 I maxed a 2.5 BW Dead. I would train consistently with 20# under that weight.
I'm not looking to loose weight, I'm looking for a bigger dead at heavy weight.
The dead lift is the easiest lift to perform, until you hit a certain BW ratio depending on your weight, then your entire approach to the lift changes.

OK, I just realized that some folks here are boxing "aficionados" and are therefore repulsed by this spectacle, and coming at it from the wrong angle, IMHO. It's pure cringe, yes, but also entertaining as hell. Of course I'm not spending a penny to watch this clownshow match, but I will watch it because I'm a sucker for entertainment clinge/lulz.
And I never, ever thought I'd say this, but Ben Askren is growing on me.
So Chaz sayz embrace the clownshow and enjoy!

That flying knee is the best thing that's happened to Askren. Dude is blowing up online and getting paid. I watched a clip the other day with him being clowned by Paul's older brother and his mopes, and Askren came off like a chill, cerebral dude. By the end the 3 were rooting for Ben!
It's not too late to jump on the Ben Askren dipchit asskicking train; only 1 week to go!

I've never seen Jake paul guy...
I guess he's some youtube guy who's talked himself into some sort of recognition...
I think I read a while back that he wrestled in high school....
more power to the guy for making money off the fools who are easily separated from thier money..
I know Asken has no hands as far as fighting goes so whoever's paying for this (just to see this thing) is getting played ...
there's legit fights attached to this card though.

Dude, full credit to Paul for selling wolf tickets for this clownshow match, but he's crossed the line and must go down to Askren.
I wont drop a dime to watch this on principal, but that doesn't mean I can't amuse my small mind with the clownery leading up to the "fight".
Care to put a wager on the outcome, Sir Geoffrey?

I just looked at the card...
Frank Mir is actually fighting a legit ex boxer (Steve Cunningham)..
I'd be interested in knowing what Rapper was promoting this thing...
Neither guy has any hands so it's probably gonna go down like some celebrity boxing match...
Like one of those old toughman fights between two guys that sat on a barstool for 3 hours before the fight,

Dude, I think the Paul/Askren bout will provide entertainment.... maybe just for a minute or five, but that's something. I've wasted time on much stupider stuff.
Damn, Frank must need cash. Hope he doesn't get too busted up.
haha! Well, as the saying goes, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
and I'm going to treasure seeing Askren knocking the Paul clown TFO!

haha, that $hit was unwatchable and I had to stop watching during the Mir fight. Woke up this morning to read that Askren got TKO'd in the first and then watched an epic F1 race live from Imola.
Did enjoy watching Askren answer questions aboot the "fight".
Net result of this clownshow for me is that I've been inspired by Ben "Funky Milk Bag" Askren.

Between the Tyson "fight" and this, Triller is just looking to take people's money without delivering a product worth paying for. Thankfully, miscers "post links".
The best part of the clown show was Oscar De La Hoya, but I guess they pulled him from commentary on the main event because he was making a fool of himself.
