What 4 questions you would ask to give the best exercise program?
You only have 3 or 4 physical assessment questions to ask your client. You are over the phone or texting. What questions will you ask to give him the best personalized program / exercise class.
Assume the following:
- You know gender, age, height, weight
- You know general exercise interests (it doesn't have to weight lifting)
- Client doesn't have any injuries or muscle/joint conditions.
- Client's goals are to enjoy exercise (have fun) and take care of general fitness and health (maybe lose weight)
