Well, we finally made our move into our new (not brand spankin new) house over the weekend. I tell you what, good thing I am in shape, because the aches and pains that I feel right at this moment, I can't imagine what it would feel like if I wasn't. We did it all pretty much ourselves. The 500lbs of weights in the basement was not fun to move plus the equipment along with it. Wife asked if I was working out tonite. I think I need to just wait another week and let my body recuperate. I have bruises in muscles on my arms and shoulders just from all the lifting and tugging repeatedly. The house is awesome though. It was definitly worth the move buy oh my body says don't ever put me thru that again....LOL. Any suggestions for the pain? Anyone....anyone....

I can see I have told you plenty about my wife....LMAO. Ya, a massage will only lead to more physical workout...LOL. But boy do I sleep like a baby after moving and a workout...Question is: are you really going to mind if you hit your goals without puking 3 times a week?

Think I will take your advice there Twowalks....the more i sit here at work the stiffer I am getting. I can feel it settling in with aches. I really must have worked the ole body out over those 3 days. Think I will give the weights a break for this week and hit it Monday. Oh yes, the extra physical activity was what we both needed for mental stress relief...maybe that is why i am so stressfree all the time....LOL
