Hi…
My name is Dan and I started working out consistently when I was 17 (20 now) with the goal of getting in better shape getting more muscle and building body fat.
I am currently 6’1 180 lbs 15 -16% (closer to 16% body fat)
I want to get a tattoo on my birthday May 25 (21st bday) and Ive been sort of stuck at a point where I do not know if I want to build muscle or burn fat
Ive been bulking all of quarantine (pic in hat is from this week)
Also 42 inch chest and 14.1 - 14.2 inch arms cold flexed I believe, can do 6-8 pull-ups in a row, bench 135 for 8-10 reps
Ive been working out at planet fitness and now my college’s rec center and thinking about running every morning
I wanna be more jacked and better shape for the summer and have the tattoo look cool (gonna get it covering my left arm but not the forearm)
Could run swim or bike as well I think running would also help build my gains and looking for meal plan, hoping to come to a decision and plan for next Monday
So basically should I cut or bulk??
