    Clean Bulking Diet Optimization

    Hello all,

I am looking for advice regarding my diet. I have been doing what I would consider a clean bulk for about a month now, and I have been making decent gains. My diet has been fairly consistent revolving around three meals a day ranging from 600-900 calories each, resulting in about 2300 calories a day (about 180g of protein at 200lbs body weight). My weight has stayed consistent (+/- 5lbs) and my lifts have been going up through the use of progressive overload. I am curious to know if there are ways to optimize my diet, whether that be eating different foods, eating at different times, increasing carbs or protein, or even meal timing. Below is the same thing I eaten every day without fail. I look forward to the feedback.

    Breakfast:
    4 Eggs
    2oz of Cheese
1 Slice of Whole Grain Bread

    Lunch:
    10oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup cooked Jasmine Rice
    2 tbsp of BBQ sauce

    Dinner:
    10oz Chicken Breast
    1lb Sweet Potato
    1 tbsp of butter
    2 tbsp sweet and sour

    Sounds like it's going OK

Check that you have the minimum levels of protein and dietary fat as given in the macro calculation sticky threads. You also don't seem to have any fruit or vegetables which is not good.

    Big tip:
Try using cronometer to see holes in your macro and micro nutrient levels.
