    Daily averages for the week
    Calories 2283
    Protein 197g carbs 172g fat 81g

Really dialled those calories in this week and got the result for it.

3 weeks left to go, really hoping to finish strong and around the 85kg mark.
On paper its been a terrible cut but I've definitely changed in the mirror and so many things have thrown curve balls at me during this but I'm so glad I didn't give up which is what the old me would do.
Im here and holding myself accountable thanks to this group.

For those wondering I will be doing another 12 weeks after this which will cover July, Aug and Sept hopefully another 12 weeks will move me into a place where I can bulk from oct onwards.

    Lets push on šŸ‘Š

Lost too much this week (2.6) - trying to target more like 1.5 per week so I don't lose too much muscle. I'm down 20 pounds so far so that's a good milestone. Hope everyone has a good Memorial Day weekend

Fell down the stairs this weekend and earned myself a large purple foot and some forced time off... Additionally, an absolute witch of a secretary derailed months of networking because she decided a job offer I got from her boss was too nice a job for a recent grad and campaigned against me, getting my offer rescinded. It's better in the long run I DON'T work with someone like that and under a boss whose so changeable, but it really hurt in the moment... The two events had me pretty self destructive this week.

Oh well, it's been 6 months since I've had this much of a swing and every time it happens I come back a little stronger. Really going to try and be gentle on myself this week and focus on food logging and light activity as my foot allows.

I am glad to see so many making progress. And Penny ya, you don't want to work with people like that, I think you dodged a bullet not being hired there.

I've been on travel status this past week, but was able to get some hiking, cardio, and using the little hotel gyms but kept fairly strict to my diet.

So far I am down about 7 pounds overall weight in two weeks, and my body is feeling great.

Down 10 lbs since May 18th, so not too too bad. I will be out for work for the next three weeks, so gym time will be hard to get but I plan to keep eating healthy and do what workouts I can for those weeks.

Succeeded in getting myself back on track, though it was definitely hard this week. I hadn't realized how much momentum I had built up over the past 6 months of habit change and how much that was helping me, until I injured myself and all the bad habits came back, demanding attention.

Got a callback about an interview for a moon-shot position... kinda hoping it's a cosmic apology for the nonsense with the last job (that helped trigger my bender last week.) *fingers crossed* It's a much better position and I'm honestly surprised I got a callback at all... I tend to catch the biggest breaks in life when swinging back from the worst nonsense, provided I can use the momentum... Not holding my breath on this though.

Overshot my calorie increase for the week so Iā€™ll tweak it down a bit. Also didnā€™t do as much cardio due to knee soreness. If I lose weight next week then Iā€™m back on track.

I technically ā€œgainedā€ weight on my post for this past Friday but I weighed 185 this morning - looks like Iā€™m just losing at a lesser rate. That put me in a better mood.

Very good week this week nutrition wise.
Hoping to really finish on a high next week.
85kg would be a good ending to a very slow cut this last 12 weeks.
Really had to push hard to get through this one.
I was hitting maintenance numbers, the loss was coming in slower. Learned a lot about myself during this one.
100% will be starting a new thread after this one ends so the first weigh in will be on the 25th of june or 2nd of july please let me know in the thread if we should start straight back up or you would prefer a week break.
All the best to everyone one more week lets go!

Happy I lost weight at all this week so 2 lbs was nice. Tracking and water intake were better this week. Ate over on calories everyday between 100-250 calories, but I ate more veg and was craving protein. I tend to let myself eat over when I'm legit craving protein at night because for me it tracks well with bumps in strength. That did happen this week on many lifts.

Also NSV: I invested in some racerback lifting shirts for the gym and wore them without feeling overly self-conscious.

foot is no longer swollen and we are 3 weeks post injury so I'm going to trial some body weight exercises on them this week. It might kick my water retention up next week but we will see.

Not a good week. Still going in the wrong direction. Not much but need to get back on track. Diet hasnā€™t been good and been drinking a lot of Gatorade now due to the heat around here in Houston. But itā€™s been mostly the diet.

Well that didn't go aswell as I hoped but as you can see in the pics on my profile there has been some decent changes.

Maybe I cast my original goal too far away.
Time to be a bit more realistic on the next thread which is now up and running.

Time to finally enjoy some food and beer on my weekend away mountain climbing.

See you all in the next thread šŸ‘Œ

Well onto the next link / thread and to get back on track. Glad Iā€™m still in the 230ā€™s but I want to get to the lower 230ā€™s again.

Looks like two weeks of being out in the forest working wildfires has helped me still lose weight. Ready to get back to hitting the gym again though. Down 18 lbs since May 18th, not too shabby but have plenty to lose still. Will be looking for the next thread. I appreciate these threads, they help keep me accountable.

Edit: I noticed today that even with my belt on (which I have had to bring in a notch or two), my pants are starting to fall off, so the weight loss is getting noticeable.
